We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations but we will do our best to try. Please be aware of local laws prior to making an order with us. We offer guaranteed delivery to the United States and the United Kingdom. That means in the event the package is lost in transit or for any reason is not delivered to you, your order will be reshipped free of charge. We do ask that you provide us with an alternate address than the initial shipment.
$12.95 USD (FREE over $250 USD) is the flat rate shipping fee we charge for most orders and that fee includes tracking within the United States. Depending on the destination or the size of your order you may be asked to pay a small difference in shipping fee, but this is very rare and only on large orders.
USPS is the safest and most reliable method to ship our products to you. Orders arrive timely (2-4 days USA and 8-12 days outside USA) and if destined to the United States, tracking is emailed to you once shipped.

You may return most new, unopened items within 1 year of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please notify us by email and be sure to include your order number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
